serve in the church
Want to be a worship leader?
Every so often, after the 9am service, Fr. Paul and other worship leaders will be in the Holy Trinity sanctuary to help train new acolytes, greeters, readers (lectors), and table ministers (ev’s). No experience necessary! Just a desire to serve in God’s holy space. Contact Mary Brim (509.251.5261) or Blythe Marney (509.993.6882) with questions or to express your interest — or just show up and see what happens.
Want to host the after hour?
Do you love to put your obsession with great coffee, rich pastries, and exotic fruits on public display? Do you like to set the mood with lighting and music? Ever been referred to as the ‘hostess-with-the-mostess?’ Then you should consider hosting our after hours in the parish hall, following each of our worship services. Contact Fr. Paul if you’re interested.
Want to lead a small group?
Do you enjoy hosting dinner parties? Do you enjoy stimulating conversations? Do you enjoy supporting other people in prayer? Do you enjoy reaching out to new people?
If you said ‘yes’ to any of these questions, you should consider serving as a small group host. Gather around common interests or common life-stages — whatever brings you together to eat and to study and pray about what God’s up to in your life.
This is a great way to nourish our community and to invite new members to join us! Contact Fr. Paul if you’re interested.
Want to help care for the property?
If you’re good with electricity or plumbing or painting or mowing or heating or cooling or shoveling or anything else that’s handy, contact Fr. Paul soon and we’ll get you started. Holy Trinity has three facilities to care for and quite a bit of property to manage. Any help you can offer would be a tremendous gift to the church and to the neighborhood.
