She will give us an overview of our West Central Neighborhood. Get your coffee or tea and a cookie and bring your questions about West Central. Join her to explore how God is working through the people of Our Place and others in West Central. Be prepared to listen to God’s spirit moving in our neighborhood and what it might mean for us. HT Bazaar Booth needs Leader

Every year in November the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist has a holiday bazaar along with half the churches in Spokane. HT has signed up for a booth this year. All proceeds will benefit the HT Dinner Table.
We need a person immediately to be the contact person and manage our booth. This means you get total control and an opportunity to talk to lots of people about salable contributions and people to work at the booth during the bazaar.

CURSILLO OFFERED IN OCTOBER IN SPOKANE!

[ October 21, 2010 3:00 pm to October 24, 2010 3:00 pm. ] The Episcopal Diocese of Spokane is offering Cursillo at St John’s Cathedral, Spokane, WA Oct 21 – 24, 2010. This is your opportunity to experience Cursillo in the presence of the Cathedral and all of it’s history. Cursillo is a diocesan-wide movement whose purpose is to help those in the Episcopal Church understand their individual callings to be Christian. Cursillo begins with a three-day weekend short course intended to help participants experience “what is fundamental to being a Christian.”
