I’ve had the good fortune to spend considerable time with a lot of different animals. Dogs, cats, horses, goats, sheep, pigs, rabbits, cattle, and a motley crew of rodents. Some are definitely smarter than others.
My dog, for instance. If she had thumbs, she’d be dangerous. And if she had the right shaped tongue, I’m convinced she could talk. She knows a lot of words: food, hungry, outside, potty, and bath. Walk, cookie, treat, and ride are her personal favorites.

In one of the first pictures I ever saw of Jesus, he had strawberry blond hair, blue eyes, and a lamb draped over his shoulders.
