Youth from throughout the diocese will gather at the cathedral (12th & Grand on the south hill) on Friday, November 30th, for a retreat in celebration of the start of Advent.  Registration forms are available at the cathedral office or by calling Michelle Klippert at 838.4277.  The cost for the weekend is $20 for all youth grades 7-12.  The retreat begins at 7pm on Friday and ends at 11am on Sunday, December 2nd (1st Sunday of Advent).  The theme this year will focus on how Mary, the mother of Jesus, prepared for the light of the world to be born.
