Dr. Leonard Doohan, professor emeritus of Religious Studies at Gonzaga University, will lead the focus of this day on the Gospel of Matthew — the first of four gospels to appear in the New Testament and the focal gospel of next year’s liturgical lectionary, which begins the first Sunday of December. The workshop will speak to the spirituality of those who preach, those who listen, and all those who care deeply about Scripture.
